How to place your order

Choose your favorite from our gallery (coming soon) and tell us the image name ... we have many designs (too many to publish here) or we can create something special just for you. Specify the garment style, color and size if applicable. Please be aware that the colors displayed on your computer could differ somewhat from the gallery colors, depending upon the accuracy of your computer monitor.

Payment methods
• We do not accept personal checks. We currently accept cash, money orders, and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB. Credit card purchases are subject to pre-authorization before an order can be processed. Please do not send credit card numbers in emails or cash by mail ... we consider those to be very insecure. For your protection, we do not record credit card numbers.
• For one or more orders totaling over $100 we require a 50% deposit before processing an order. Smaller orders require full pre-payment.

• "Why do color shirts cost more than white shirts?" There are two primary reasons:

• "I can get shirts printed cheaper elsewhere, so why are you sometimes more expensive?"

- We first print an extra layer of white ink under the image so that the colors in the image are not affected by the color of the fabric.

- Yes, depending on quantities, number of colors, and the quality of blank shirts, screen printing can be cheaper.
- We don't use cheap shirts because our focus is on long-lasting value and high quality.
- At lower quantities and with lots of colors and detail in the design, we are less expensive!
Shipping and handling
• Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post, whichever you prefer. Canada Post is often the most economical for smaller packages.
• The shipping cost is simply the Courier or Canada Post charge plus a small packaging/handling charge. All shipping charges are priced from our facility in New Westminster, BC, Canada.
• For customers in the greater Vancouver BC region we offer our own delivery to your location. Some fees may apply, depending on order size and distance. For orders greater than $300.00, we offer free local delivery. Orders less than $300.00 are subject to a charge of $0.50/KM to a maximum of $15.00 if you prefer faster delivery.

Custom garment printing || Supplying your own artwork || How long does it take?

Some important tips:
In many cases we can help improve your artwork if the image resolution or contrast is too low. Additional charges will apply, depending upon the amount of rework required and the quantity of the specific print ordered.
Send us your artwork, and specify the garment style, color and size you need if you are not supplying it yourself. If you wish to send us one or more of your files, you can use our On-line File Upload service. Please notify us by email that you have done so.
If you prefer to send your artwork in an email message, we can accept file attachments up to 20 Megabytes in size. Larger files or multiple files should be sent via our on-line upload service or on a flash drive or CD if possible.
There is no minimum order quantity. We try to achieve 3- or 4-business-day turnaround for small orders. This is exclusive of delivery times and time to rework images if required. This is not guaranteed, and depends on current workload. Larger orders (20 items or more) should be scheduled in advance so that we can properly meet delivery times.

- Different fabrics will react in different ways depending on how well they can absorb our water-based inks. We currently print on cotton, some cotton/synthetic blends, bamboo, linen and hemp.
- Please be aware that part of the printing process involves placing the fabric in a heat press to cure and bind the inks. Any fabrics we print on must be able to withstand normal ironing temperatures (about 330F/170C) without damage. For this reason we do not print on delicate fabrics without first doing a test print and washability tests (at extra cost).
- If you send a garment which has already been worn, we require that it be laundered and well rinsed. Please do NOT use fabric softeners of any kind, because the inks will not be absorbed correctly due to the oily composition of the softener.
- Please be aware that Sunro Printworks Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to customer-supplied garments, simply because we have no control over the quality or composition of the fabrics involved.
What size images can you print? How many colors?
• Our printer is capable of producing a single continuous image up to 16-1/2 inches wide and 42 inches long, although the fabric itself can be larger.
• There is no limit to the number of colors an image can have, and because we don't use screen printing there is no extra charge for all those colors.
• We usually adjust the image size to suit the size of shirt being created, at no extra charge.

Garment washing instructions
For long print life, please follow these simple instructions:
- Turn garment inside out.
- Wash in cold (preferred) or warm water.
- Use oxygen bleach sparingly (NOT chlorine bleach!)
- Cotton/hemp/linen: Dry in gentle cycle at low temperature.
- Bamboo: Hang to dry.
- Do Not Iron !
- Do not mix white and color garments in the same wash!
Returns policy
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we will happily give you a refund, within 20 days of your order, for garments that you purchased from us (less shipping/handling fees), provided they have not been worn or improperly handled or damaged.
We cannot process your return without the invoice number or receipt for your original Sunro order. If you have misplaced your invoice or receipt, please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.

Exchange policy
We are currently unable to offer exchanges except for defective items. Please follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s). You will receive a refund for your original order once we receive the returned items.

• We do not rent, sell or distribute any customer information to anyone for any reason ... period ... full stop.** Your privacy is important to us and is assured. When you give us your e-mail or delivery address and your phone number during the ordering process, they are used for direct communications purposes only.
