We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ,,etc VIA PayPal as forms of payment. No PayPal Account needed when you process payment via Paypal!
All default prices on are in Canadian Dollars. If you change to another currency (top right), all prices will do exchange automatically.
UptownRainbow.com believes in providing the best service for our customers because we stand behind our products. Every order is important to us and we want to make sure that your order not only arrives on time but is of the best quality.
We currently ships only to Canada, United States and some European Countries ( such as France, United Kingdom, etc with tracking #. If you live in any other country than those listed, please contact us . We will make it happens.
We use several different methods of shipping depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated by the size of the package, weight, destination and shipping method, so shipping rates vary and we have no control on pricing. Allowances should be made for orders made in the weekend or national holidays. Keep in mind, merchandise brought outside Canada, may result in additional customs taxes, duty fees and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. We will not reimburse you for any additional fees and we encourage customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order.
Once we have received your order, please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process and package your order ( except back orders). We will send an e-mail once we have shipped your order. If we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you through e-mail shortly with further instructions.
For customers in the Greater Vancouver BC, Canada region, you can pick up at our location in New Westminster, BC Canada. Please contact us .
Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us to obtain your return authorization information. We will issue a return authorization number and instructions.
Please write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package so that it will be go to the returns department. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of the date your return authorization information is issued.
All returns should be properly packaged, with all the labels and packaging the item(s) arrived with. Please keep a copy for your personal records. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer, but we will not be held liable for items that are lost, rifled or damaged in transit.
You may expect return services to be completed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive the merchandise. Once return services are complete, we will send you an email confirming the transaction.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from international orders (anywhere other than Canada) at this point in time. Any questions? Please contact us .
Return Postage Issue
You will be responsible for any postage associated with a return or exchange. If you receive faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we may cover the postage - please contact us via e-mail or telephone using the contact information above for details. Please follow all return shipping instructions above for either reason for return.
All unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or would just prefer another size or design, simply pack and return your order to:
Please include original packing slip along with desired size/design. If you no longer have the packing slip please contact us . for instructions. All shipping and handling charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. We do our best to process exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 weeks for exchange shipment. Please note that we have the right to refuse any exchange if we find items to be in unacceptable condition.
Changes/Mistakes on Orders
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please contact us . as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we should be able to make the necessary changes. Please be sure to include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order and the desired changes.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Garment washing instructions:
For long print life, please follow these simple instructions:
Turn garment inside out.
Wash in cold (preferred) or warm water.
Use oxygen bleach sparingly (NOT chlorine bleach!)
Cotton/cotton blends/hemp: Dry in gentle cycle at low temperature.
Bamboo: Hang to dry.
Do Not Iron !
Do not mix white and color garments in the same wash!
